    DXF converter

I want to engrave a "Team Lift" icon onto a 2" X 6" piece of sheet metal and Tack-Weld them to sub-Plates for our fixtures that are over 40#.

I can't find a decent icon in DXF format.
I downloaded a couple conversion programs (IMG2CAD & Inkscape) but neither one converts a decent file....they end up all choppy...Any ideas?
