Problem with fillets and letters?

This is really my first CamWorks project in this class im in. It simulates wierd, im not sure whats going on. If you happen to notice around the W it doesnt flatten the area out correctly. Sorry for the terminology...

I dont think its cutting the fillets corectly either.

The file is attached if any one can help??

I can't retrieve the camworks data from educational version.

Give me more information on the finish pass so I can duplication it and see what caused your problem. (i.e. pattern project/z level/... etc. step over amount, depth,... etc.)

Actually, i ended up redoing it, and it worked! I forgot to add in a pencil trace.

I thought that the Flat area would take care of that. This program is new to the school so its a little bit of a learning experience for everyone.
