    Exclamation CAMWorks problem-please help!

I just started learning CAMWorks at my new job, and I have run into a problem. After I create my model, I switch to the CAMworks feature tree, specify my machine, and define my stock boundaries. According to the tutorial, I should have the option to use auto feature recognition to specify my machinable features or specify them manually. For some reason, when I get to this point, this option is not available. The CAMworks buttons are all inactive and the AFR feature does not come up.
I have followed the tutorial exactly and I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong. I must have disabled an option or parameter somewhere in the program which is turning off feature recognition or something.
I don't know anyone with knowledge of this program and have had trouble getting tech support, so I'm starting to get desperate. Any help is appreciated.

Check your licence server it sounds like your camworks is not seeing a licence.
Camworks will load but the features you are looking for will not work if it does not see the licence.

Hi It looks like a license issue
firstly make sure you have a valid camworks license if you do go to camworks help and activate the license by ticking it, I am assuming you have camworks flex license camworks also comes with the hardware lock license , hope this helps
