    Grouping together Machine Setups

Hi Everyone......I was wondering if anyone knows an easy way to group together different machine setups? I work at a company that makes a ton of indexable tooling and we have so many complex compound angles that when I do feature recognition CAM Works wants to give me multiple machine setups. What I would like to do is group together all my rough endmilling first with all the proper rotational and tilt moves for that specific tool. Right now it groups each feature as a seperate setup. Is there something I can change in The Tech Database to default to or something I can directly do in CAM Works? Any guidance is greatly appreciated. As most of us are aware the tech support from resellers (at least where I am from) isn't all that helpful. THX

No worries.....I figured it out this morning. I do have another question though if anyone knows of a good manual for troubleshooting true 5-axis work. Not just simultaneous 5-axis but more or less stuff with multiple compound angles in every possible axis. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thx......Curt
