Is it the tool or the holder that is hitting the work ?, check you have sufficient tool length to reach the areas you are trying to machine. If you send the sldprt file to rrbcnc@ymail.com I will take a look for you
Good Morning Camworks Community.
I'm Mechanical Industry Engineer.
I ''work'' in a engineering's company, and i'm learning to utilize Camworks.
I have learned something of this program without teacher, with some manuals or guides, but now i am stopped and without help i see it imposible (Our licensed is expired so i can't ask help to the camworks company)
When i ''machined'' in camworks my solid, i see in ''the simulate toolpath'' that the tool collision with the material and i don't know what is the problem....
Too i like to know if it's possible, that somebody comment this book for a beginner in the CNC and the machining
The CAMWorks Handbook (Milling) by Michael Buchli in Engineering
I want to amplify my knowledge in the machining because i ignore some machining parameters in the program and in the machinning's industry. I have this book, with this book i studied in the University, but i want to know if there are some books or manuals more interesting.
Fundamentals of Machining And Machine Tools by Geoffrey Boothroyd, Winston A. Knight - ISBN 9781574446593
Thank you for your help.
PD: I add the camworks' file for you give me your help. The file is in .rar, but if you decompress the file is .sldprt
