Axis X and Y different speeds

Hi all, i have a camsoft cnc lite software and a cs16600 servo card. One of the axis is geared three times more than the other, I have set up on the setup and the sizes of the parts are correct, one of the axis has three times more pulses for mm than the other. Till here all correct, but the problem is that I realized now that when I move only one of the axis the one more geared moves exactly 3 time slower than the other, that causes that my plasma cutter looses itīs cut cos is much faster. Does anybody can give me a hand?

Thanks and congratulation for that fabulous website.
