Does anyone have a wiring diagram to convert an Anilam Crusader M to a ICM-1900 breakout board to be controlled by a Galil 1830 PCI card. I am having trouble deciding what wire goes to what screw terminal. Thanks, Paul 650-339-1430 (Northern California)  |

| You'll likely have to wring out the function of each wire. Do the limit switches first. Then do any other I/O going to the galil board. I don't know this machine; steppers or servos? If servos, encoders or resolvers? What drives your axis motors? Karl |

| On smaller machines I normally suggest replacing the drives with advanced motion control units. Inexpensive on eBay or about $300 each new. Larger machines get into real bucks and you want us to help take a serious look at how to re use the old ones. The camsoft installation manual has a great wiring page on how to install AMC type drives and encoders. Tell us what you got. We like pictures. Karl |
