need to change retrofit to a different machine

I have camsoft on a old wellsindex cnc with the old swinging arm tool changer that has worked good and got it war out. so I would like to move the control to a Matsuura MC1000vs, I think i also need more i/o . I need someone to take the machine/tool changer (24 tool sideways with double sided swing arm) diagrams tell me how to wire up and write the camsoft code. Anyone have this experiance or interested?
