5 fase steppenmotor

Can someone help with the accel/decel in camsoft?
I have a 5 fase vexta motor from Orientalmotor
My steps are 50.000 steps
When you know your motor is working correct ?

i've just done this by trial and error. start at say 5000 for acceleration and speed. Increase 10,000 at a time until it fails, then back off.

P.S. if you're comfortable with galil smart terminal, its faster to evaluate there. Example

AC 5000
DC 5000
JG 5000
BG

then ST to stop

try a higher speed
JG 10000
BG

wait a second

WT 4000 (* IF LONGER I HAVE AN ERROR,connection error to galil....)

by 50.000 steps

I change the AC,DC,JG,MT-2 to all numbers but nothing happend
the motor doesn't move. What si the reason

Is there a command where you can turn the motor for 1 min

Ah, finding what's wrong is where the fun begins.

command SC will tell you why it stopped.

First most likely is your limit switches. Galil expects NO, most machines are wired NC. Command CN 1,1 flips polarity.

I check this code,but the motor by 50.000 steps doesn't turn. Just standing stil.
Not 1 single movement. Can GALIL handle this steps ? normal 3.000.000 steps
I don't have 1 fault.
