GALIL DMC 2182 & Vexta 5 Phase Wiring

I havve got a DMC 2182 (8 axis ) and a new ICM 2900 from galil. I also have an opto 22 G4 32 channel I/O relay board that I need help understanding how to wire all of these together. If there is someone out there that can help me or draw me some type of drawing to show how they connect together with my 5 phase vexta stepper drivers it would make me very happy.

There's a great drawing of steppers and hook up in camsoft's installation manual. I'd reccomend reading the entire manual before you start. Also a great section on hookup of your OPTO boards.

There's a nice section on installing your contect card in your camsoft software. Mine's located at C:\AS3000\HELP\32 POSITION IO CARDS.RTF I have Pro, your directories will have different names for plus or lite.

I'm an ex manufacturing engineer with a lot of experience upgrading all sorts of machine controls. Now a hobbyist on steroids.

I've done three stepper mills, one to Camsoft Pro. Also three other servo machines to Camsoft.

Many years ago, I spent six weeks in France on a manufactring line startup. I still remember fondly a long weekend in Bruges. Are you near there?
