looking for someone in driving range of plymouth Wi famillure with camsoft
to help resolve some controll software isssues on a plasma table.
willing to pay for time either on site or maybe send cbk file.

Most all issues can be handled via internet or phone. Camsoft is pretty easy? Post the prob and I bet you get it fixed

I am attaching my cbk as a txt file and some doc files for who ever would like to look and see about helping me with this project.
I'm sure there many issues and many questions with this version of cbk being that I recently made changes(went from usb joystick to opto 22 board and hand pendant also tried to add some logic for the thc z movement manually or auto) and did not get to do much testing.
biggest issue is the delay between pushing a button and the machine reacting to it. hardware or software ?????

I put my reply in a file to stop that pesky word wrap for the Camsoft code.

I took a look at the jog file in the cbk(txt) feedrate is set at 70 not a veriable speed.

Respoce time maybe a hardware issue. rs-232 ok, usb little faster, eather net (never used it), and100-pin pci-2 fastest. My game control is kind of slow, I am thinking that it is the game control for me. I will get my cbk on Monday and compare yours to mine... the cbk is more than just machine movments, it also has your screen layout and other important things. I would not mess around in the BLUE screen until you get more used to what the things do.. One of these ' in the wrong place or missing could be a BIG problem....later
