File read Error?

OK I have a new CBK file for a tube bender retrofit and when I choose make part on the GOI I get a File read Error (You attempted to read past the end of the file. Place a special set of characters at the end of your file that you can test for and let you know it was the end.) and when I select ok the program terminates. What do I have to do?
