I see you're working for a large company. Do you know the five phases of all corporate engineering projects? You're moving from phase 1 to phase 2.

1. Enthusiasism
2. Frustration
3. Search for the guilty
4. Punishment of the innocent
5. Praise and honors for the non participants.

I ma pretty sure it is just starting. Doing an upgrade like this it is hard to stay under the wire and out of sight.
