FWIW, you've covered all the bases I know. i'd call up Camsoft.
Hi folks,
Hoping someone here can help. Getting no love from Camsoft - only a nice fat bill for something I have yet to use.
I have AS3000 software with a USB dongle. Install of the software went fine. I received a version ID file which I copied into the AS3000 folder.
Plugged in the Rockey4 dongle. System did not recognize it, so I installed the proper Rockey4 drivers and all works well - system is recognizing Rockey4 USB and Rockey4 in device list. Dongle has solid green light, telling me everything is fine.
Launch the software, only to receive a "Key not found" message. Tried different USB ports to no avail. Read through the manual, but there is no reference to this issue.
If I am missing a procedure to get this (potential POS) software going, please let me know.
Thanks a bunch,
Mark
