CamBam plus beta 0.9.6 rev E

I have uploaded a new CamBam release (version 0.9.6 revision E) available here...

This is pretty much the same as the previous (revision 0.9.6C) release, which has been available for a number of weeks now and is proving to be stable. Unless there are any obvious flaws in this version, this release will be upgraded to the 'latest stable version'.

This release fixes a few minor bugs:
* Fixed toolpath bug with certain C shaped objects.
* Fixed problems with About dialog on some OpenGL versions.
* Polyline - Arc Fit now replaces source polylines.
* Scale - Undo now working.

Version 0.9.6 has had some big improvements over the current stable 0.9.4B release.
Some highlights are
* New 3D machining operation including waterline roughing
* OpenGL drawing view
* Many toolpath generation fixes
* Polyline cleaning and arc fitting routines
