The object is in red and in blue is the toolpath, the intriging thing are the 2 arcs cercled in red that the toopath shows that the tcutting tool went inside the object.

You have a broken polyline. Make sure the polyline is continuous and that there is not one arc over the top of the other.

Select that arc and see if it's connected to the other parts of the profile. It it's not connected, select the entire profile, then right click, edit, and join .That should fix it.

Given the inside corners where the toolpaths cross over to the other side, it could be that corner overcut is turned on for that toolpath.

Can you upload your .cb file? Upload it with a .txt extension to be compatible with the forum software.

    Hello everyone,

I managed to get further with Cambam, but now I do get an understendable glitch once I generate toolpath with Cambam it looks great and producea gcode.
Once the gcode is loaded in mach3 the display only shows only one cutout in this case the circle on top of the frame.
    Please see enclosed photo.
In this instance I decided to generate a profile for outside cutout and one profile for the inside cutout, for the outside cutout it works fine but not the inside cutout.
Hope some can clarify this for me

    Thans again

It looks fine on my screen in Mach3, not sure what the problem is. But I'm not an expert in Mach3
