    yes we hung it and brought it back to the shop to finish the rope boarder, will put it back up next week,

    Amazing work, that is definitely something to be proud of. I noticed the wings aren't flat against the wall, did you flip it over and route it on the CNC or was that done by hand with a grinder or something?

    actually, the wings "sprung" forward a bit when the tension was released after the cutout !! some of it is done with a hand held 4" grinder and a 36 grit disk. i call it the "mean ass material remover"
