Jim, great tutorial.

You say to move the machine close to the front corner. What if I've shut mine off near the front and shoved it to the back? Now, when I try to run it to the front, it won't come very far. I have to click the 'Home' button and let it crawl to the front. It takes forever.

Suggestions that I have: Setting local zeros, finding and checking my limit switches, lining up work with my cutting head, securing material (with and without vacuum), digitizing something with a touch probe - top down and edge scanning with a touch probe.

I have seen your work on CamHeads. You do amazing stuff.

And..., someday you have to show how you set up the wireless control.

if the machine has lost home position and say is on the other side of the table then simply turn off the softlimits and jog back to near home and initialize, this will turn softlimits back on and you will not have to wait for the craaaaaawwwwwwlllllllllllllllllllllllllllll back to the limit switches!!

my wife has horse issues again this weekend so i can do the video over and add some more content and other subjects, in have yet to do any digitizing, i have outsourced all of my scanning and intend to purchase a scanner soon, had the next engine for a short time but sent it back ubtill i decide how much i am willing to spend$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Speaking of digitizing, did you see that? Seems to be good and cost more time than money. Maybe run it at night....
