I am encountering some problems with my RTA Pavia SDC 05 series. During my first run the motors spins smoothly in different directions, then after a few minutes one direction is missing steps, its vibrating or stalling causing to loose more steps. What causes this?

I have no idea about the DIP switches (the blue box switches labeled from 1 to 6) which switch should I turn on and off compatible to my stepper motor? Is this causing my problems in the long run? Im using PowerMax II Stepper Motor with 71W power and 2.3 Amps. Im using 60Volts 12Amps power supply. Please help to set the proper DIP blue switches compatible to my stepper motor
