Post NEWBIE ?..Need Help with picking up tool

I am very, very new to CNC and i need help with a machine that i am using at work...Unfortunately, i do not have a manual to go along with the machine. It is a CNT Motion machine. The software used to run is microsystems WINCNC. I have a problem with figuring out how to pick up a tool...like i said, i am very new with CNC. I think i can figure it out from there...any help is greatly appreciated!

I would repost with CNT Motion and WINCnc in the title, you'll probably get your answer. A lot of people only look at certain threads based on the title, yours being pretty vague.
