I got an old Newall Sapphire DRO Model # SA211000 from work. They replaced it with a new one but kept the scales. Anyone know what type of scales I could use with this besides the very expensive recommended (says so on the back) Microsyn or Sphereosyn scales? It has 7 pin DIN type connectors for the scales. I would like to use this on my X2 mill, hopefully with the cheaper small ones. I don't have the manual or any kind of documentation for it. Going to try contacting Newall and see if I can get some docs. Thanks for any info damianks  |
