    Help to improve Calibration ?s.

I have become the new inspection and calibration person at my job, I looking to speed up the process and do more calibration inhouse. As of right now I should be getting a new Starrett Indicator Tester, if they can find money. I need a faster way to calibrate Dial Calipers, up to 12 inches, inside and out.
    What are some good ways?

    Thanks.

    Stampede,

We use a gage called a Kalmaster. Ours is the 0-6" size but we just add jo blocks to calibrate up to 12" calipers. Not sure where you can get a Kalmaster but I do know that they make gages that go up to 12". Hope this helps a little.
