Those plans are of a 90 deg engine, unlike a Harley. Nontheless the plans from that site are of the highest quality, I have several of his plans for stirling, steam and flame licker engines.
Here is one you might like better: The Hoglet. From the previous and current issues of Model Engine Builder. Website: http://www.modelenginebuilder.com/
They don't list the issues yet on the back issues page, but I bet if you e-mail them they'll get you the info.
I'm planning on making one myself someday; it's cool, even has a kickstarter, takes me back to my ridin' days
Hope this helps

Most manufactures arn't willing to give thier plans away. Mite i suggest getting a factory repair manual and research and do your own rough draft useing the repair manual as a guide. Even get a old used engine and take it apart and go from there, good luck and keep posting updates if you don't mind. This is going to be interesting!
Make sure you clean my wrench before you put it back into my toolbox.
check out this site... it has a bunch of plans plus links to other pages with plans.... http://www.homemodelengine.freeforum...omemodelengine
I started the hoglet designed by randall cox and the plans are in model engine builder #10 + 11
