    SCALE MODEL EXHIBITION

    I recently attended the North American Model Enginnering Society exhibition held annually in Detroit, Michigan.

    It looks to be rough milled and ready to put in the lathe for final cutting or possibly ready to grind.

    SCALE MODEL EXHIBITION

    dynosor,

    Didn't get exact details on many of the models that I took pictures of.

    However, some of these guys have real jobs in foundries or factories around the Detroit area and have the expertise, and access, to a facility than can produce this type of casting.

    Many of them, also have aluminum casting abilities in their backyards.

    Facinating hobby, lots of talented people.
