Once in a great while when we adjust the X wear offset on our Brigeport/Romi Powerpath the machine will increase the X position by about 6". It has done it 4 times in the last month. The wear offset was only changed by .0003" but when the tool would come in it was 6" above where it should have been. It is happening on multiple tool positions. I'm guessing that it has to be something in the control. When you look at the absolute position on the machine it has not changed, as far as the numbers anyway. Any suggestions would be welcome.
