is there a way to set "look ahead" when running programs on ez trak? i am machining profile of a part with numerous radii blended together. cut is very jerky between segments. program was created with Bobcad and cutting speed is 25 ipm. thanks for any help keith |

| I have had BobCAD leave small gaps in the geometry. They are small enough that the control can "fake" the geometry but big enough that the machine dwells for a split second. Are you sure the CAD geometry is clean with no small chain gaps? |
