Problem- Interact Handwheel Question

My Bridgeport Interact with a Heidenhain 151 controller has developed a quirk with the handwheel.

I've had this machine for five years and have always been able to control the feed per revolution, up or down, with the feed overide knob. Now the handwheel only moves the table about .013 per revolution regardless of where the overide is set.

The overide still controls the jog buttons and the program feeds so I am guessing it is in the handwheel? The only other thing I am guessing is that maybe I lost a line in the parameters?

Fortunately I can still rapid jog and use the handwheel for tramming a part but I would sure like to fix it.

Anybody dealt with this before?

when in handwheel mode the screen displays one through, what 5 or something. the lower it is the faster it goes

On my heidenhains (151's and 2500's) the number in the upper right corner when in electronic handwheel mode can be keyboard input from 2 thru 9. They will not accept a number 1 keyboard entry. 2 is the faster motion and 9 is "snails pace".

Thanks guys. Some where along the line I had unknowingly change the hand wheel value. I didn't even know you could since I always used the feed over ride to adjust the motion. I never paid attention to the text on the screen.
