already check the magnetic sensor and working properly

There may be 2 switches. One to find tool one and one to count. Just because the switch changes state, next you have to make sure the control sees it.

thanks for your help really appreciated did that and it did

work .....now the carrousel works and find the rigth tool but the motion of pick up and drop the tool is not working

the spindle drops and pick the tool about 3 inches from where it suppossed to be

some time ago i lost the parameter of the machine and i had to get new parameters ,,,i upload them and the machine works ,,,but then i find that i had the parameters
and i compare with the one that i got from other source and some of them where modified i mean in the one that
i had in the first place ,,,,, do you think that might have something to do for not doing the pick up and drop motion
