5 axis for bridgeport style knee mill?

What, if anything, is avilable to do 5 axis machineing on a Bridgeport style knee mill? A retrofit perhaps that could be installed on an existing manual mill? I have converted a manual to 3 axis cnc but have never seen a conversion to 5 axis, a trunnion table perhaps?

    Thanks,
    Ken

Check out Centroid Cylinder Head porting machine video on their website. Pretty advanced stuff for a newbie, but cool to see. Just the software to work that machine has to be pricey.
