I have a bridgeport that I am in the process of rebuilding and converting to cnc,I have it totally tore down and cleaned up but the chrome ways are scored up a bit and Im not sure what I should do about it,or if I can do anything. I was thinking of just stoning them and the score marks will just hold oil for lubrication. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it. Thanks Mike  |

| For the moment stone it. I have had people drop tool holders on the chrome ways of new machines. I stoned it and the machine went on to have a long life. George
