I have a bridgeport interact II with a Heidenhain controller. I dont have a spanner wrench for the kwik switch collet. I dont have the money to buy a wrench either so I thought I would carve one out of some metal I have laying around. Can anyone help me out with the programming? The diameter of the kwik switch collet is 2.55" I need help with the arcs or circular interplation. I can weld a little rectangle piece to fit in the groove of the collet so that part doesn't need to be programmed. Last edited by Shanghyd; 12-06-2009 at 10:13 PM. |

| I figured it out. You have to tell the controller where the circle center is then program the arc end coordinates relative to the circle center. AND! this had me stuck for a while, you can't have radius compensation on, meaning you can't have RL selected, at the begining of the arc movement. |
