Nobody will be able to help without a lot more information. How is the spindle set up in mach? Are you just using a relay? Mach can handle a spindle in many ways, it depends on how you have things wired up.

Also, your question would probably be better answered in the mach forum here at cnczone.

THE BOARD IS WIRED TO THE SPINDLE CONTROL, WHICH IS WIRED TO THE SPINDLE MOTOR.

Is the "spindle control" nothing more than a forward and reverse relay? Or do you have a VFD drive or something else. There is a huge difference in wiring and setup. What breakout board are you using? What is your pin assignments for the spindle in mach3? If they are relays, how are they wired to the breakout board? Have you taken a voltmeter and looked to see if the breakout board output is swithing when the spindle is commanded on?

Again, much more detail is needed before anyone could possibly help.
