The Green button won't go :-\

Total newbie to the Bridgeport Interact Series II.
I have the programming manual and the maint. manual.
The machine comes on and I home it out with the green button.

The problem is this. I write a short program and then hit the green button to see if it will go. Nope. There are programs already in memory. I pull any of them up and they won't run either.
I select Full Run or Single Block and hit the green button and get the error. "Key not defined" or something to that effect. I'll get the error text exactly when I get back out to the shop.
I found some notes from the previous owner and in the notes it says to press the cyl start key. When I do that it edits the program. When the edit key is not selected and I press that button I get the "key not defined error.

Can someone walk me through the process please?

you may have to make the program active first.

Got the thing moving. I think your right about making a program active.
Steep learning curve for me.

turn on machine
wait for it to boot up and make sure that all emergency stops are released.
press white button then the green button and wait whilst it references the z axis, then press the green button again and wait till references the y asis and repeat for the x axis..
press the full run mode button.
press prg button and select the program number you wish to run and press enter.
press Goto 0
press green button and it should run , just check that the feed override button is not turned right down or it wont work

i other thing with the older controllers if the auto lub level is low it will display DC voltage missing as it does if an emergency stop is pressed, this falls a lot of people.
