I just lost all of my axis on my Boss 5. I'm running Mach3 with a Hillbilly BOB. I have DC output from both of the small transformers that are located behind the capacitors in the side cabinet. I have no DC voltage at fuses 12,13 and 14. Obviously this is why I have no axis. I have line voltage going into the "saturator". I can't figure out where the AC voltage for lines 11-16 comes from. I just cut my first part today and now this. What should I do next? Thanks, Ron |

| Not familiar with/how Mach is cloned into a BOSS 5 but the stock machine runs three phase through T2 which is the large transformer in the top of the rear cabinet. Fuse 15, 16, and 17 protect the AC side so check those. Then there is a 54 v power supply. Believe it was used by the ACC for current regulation. There is a fuse for that as well. Start there. George

| George you are a genius. I have an external fuse setup that is before the large transformer and I thought that I had checked it, but apparently I missed it. It really is nice to have an extra set os "eyes" to look at a problem. Thanks again, I have a job to start and finish by the middle of the week and I thought I wasn't going to make it. Ron |
