I am finally working on my Boss5 conversion again and am making motor adapters for my Sanyo P5's (the ones that the surplus place was giving away.) I have 6 of the big 1KW motors and I am thinking about saving 4 of them for a future big router project and using a smaller motor on the Z axis. Would a 400 watt P5 be enough power on the Z or should I stick with the 1KW motor? Thanks Steve |
