Does anyone know what might be causing the x axis not to read in one direction on a ez-trak/sx . Swapped out JP3 and JP2(X and Y inputs to axs bob card) and the problem moved to the y axis. Also, getting a flashing red light on the BMDC board. This is happening in manual mode (power off) |

I'm not a 100% sure, but this sounds like it may be an encoder problem. Could also be a bad cable. Google "Clarkson Machine" and talk to Steve. He is fairly cheap and can test the motor/encoder, if it's an "SEM" motor. He normally has encoders in stock. Based near Chicago Ill. Good Luck.
