Help with 3D EZtrack Programming

We have a bridgeport DXII with 3-Axis EZ Track. The goal is to make a concave washer that is 9" in Diameter with a 9.00in radius, The ordinate is 7.93" from the surface. Do any experienced users have a suggestion on how to do this with the conversational interface? How about G codes?
