Smile Bridgeport Series 1 Heidenhain 2500

Hello, new to CNC Zone ,Hello everybody.
I have purchased a Bridgeport Series 1 heidenhain 2500 (the first controlled machine I have had) problem is I dont have an instruction manual, and there are a vast array to chose from ,which one should I get?
Also I beleve the serial number is under the bed ,I dont know how to use the controller to move it .
Has anyone got the basic information to move the table using the controls
I would love to see it move.
    Thanks for any help John

You can download the Heidenhain manuals from here.Note that all the capabilities listed in the manual may not be on your machine.Machine builders only selected the features they wanted.

i have the solution. when you on the machine the control itself provide 5 V DC to RAM IC. so disconnect the power supply 5V DC battery . or simply add a switch to operate when your machine is on. please make parameter backup. and you will not get any further TNC Control temperature exceeded again ever.
