No 5 volts - Manual page is missing

Would someone have pages 7-3 and 7-4 from the Series 1 Boss 9 R2E4 maintenance manual? My BSP green LED is not lit signifying no 5v and I need the pages that were missing in the download from machinemanuals.

Do you have the 5VDC at the power supply above the logic boards? Can you find it on the back plane (it swings down)? Or is the issue isolated to the BSP?

I have 4.7 volts on the backplane and across the LED but it won't light. All of the other lights seem to be happy.

The problem on the machine is:

On boot up, it will take me to homing and when I execute it will take the spindle all the way up in Z and move the table about an inch to the right in X and then the drives kick out.

In jog mode X will run continuously in .1" mode and Z will only travel 2" total. Y seems to work correctly.
