Need BOSS knee parts

Does anyone know where a Series-I BOSS machine is going to get scrapped? I need all the fittings for the knee that mount the leadscrews. I have an old round-ram 1938-vintage base with the short knee with the 9" travel. I got a BOSS knee and saddle that had been stripped for the scrapyard, and want to put that on my existing machine base. I have verified that the dovetails will actually FIT!
What I want to do here is use the BOSS knee and saddle, but reuse my original table to get a little more X travel than the BOSS. I can get about 31" of X travel now, but only 7" Y travel do to my faulty retrofit.

So, anyway, I need those boxes that hold the ballscrew bearings and belts, and the motors mount to them. I managed to snag a brand-new Y axis ballscrew, but never got hold of an X ballscrew, but then the BOSS screw is probably going to be too short, anyway.

So, what I'm looking for is the following :
BOSS Y axis ballscrew bearing mount and belt housing, and the timing pulleys
BOSS X axis ballscrew bearing mount and belt housing, and timing pulleys
BOSS yoke (the thing in the saddle that the Y ballnut pushes back and forth)
Maybe a BOSS X axis ballscrew if it has enough travel
Any additional pieces that make it all go together.

This is all for a Series-I machine. I have never pulled a BOSS table apart in detail, and I have these totally stripped castings, so I am a little vague about how the missing parts differ from the way a manual Bridgeport knee works.

Thanks in advance for any pointers!

Jon

A series 1 BOSS machine such as 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, with true CNC iron will have 18 by 12 in travel.
Series 2 were Box way.

Right, this is a Series I manual machine that I have converted to CNC. The very old Bridgeports (1938 - 1942 at least) had only 9" of Y travel. I want to increase my Y travel by replacing the knee (which I have the stripped casting of both knee and saddle). I want the pieces that are needed to mount the ballscrews and nuts for the X and Y axes. I have a 9 x 31" table that I want to use to get just a little more X travel than the BOSS setup. That will almost certainly require a longer ballscrew.

I have already scraped the saddle (really a fine hand grinding operation due to the chrome).
I still need to scrape the knee just a little, and then the old table needs serious scraping due to wear in the middle.

Thanks, but the jack, knee screw and all that hardware looks in good shape. The shaft you actually drive with the handle has to be longer, so I do need that part, and hadn't even thought about that one! I will probably keep the knee manual as it is now.

Thanks,

Jon
