| Turret does not seat each time. Can anyone tell me how to correct this problem. The turret locks before it gets into position. The machine is very clean with low hours. All other is working fine. Thanks, Elsie |

| There is a encoder for the turret position. It is accessed by removing the turret mechanics cover on the tailstock end. With the turret at tool 1, loosen the encoder and move it so the red LED on the encoder lights up and this is centered. Move encoder back and forth so the LED being lit is centered. Try that first. Then I would make sure that the turret was not crashed by making sure the boring bar holders are centered up and down with respect to spindle center line. George
