| Hi Mark, Maybe you can help me, i have two problems. 1. While drip feeding the machine seems to stop (jerk) when executing line numbers. this makes machining time excessively long as there is not a constant movement from the machine. 2. The machine stops when it reaches 65525 lines. Any info will be appreciated, Machine: Bridgeport interact 1 MK2 Controller: TNC 2500 Regards, Johnathan |

| Hi Johnathan, 1. Think you should be able to improve the jerking with "smoothing" turned on not sure if this is M90 or a parameter though. This means the machine doesn't have to got to exact position before starting to move to next position hence giving a smoother move. 2. Is the pc sending all the program or waiting ie the pc is in time with machine ? I had this type of problem because the pc was not handshaking with control so sending all program to buffer then machine would stop due to data over flow. Hope this is of some use. Martin |
