Alarm: Standstill monitoring err. in Z,X,Y

vertical machining center: "VMC 1000 30";
There are alarms after attempt of "homing":
„Standstill monitoring err. in Z“
„Standstill monitoring err. in Y“
„Standstill monitoring err. in X“
and sign : ">I<" next to axis X, Y ,Z and I can't move axes anymore.
Your advices very velcome
