I have to take apart my series 1 CNC mill to be able to move it into my shop under the garage. It needs to weigh aprox 1000lbs to be able to move it (going down two flights of stairs). The head and the table have to be removed. The head is the easy part. How do you remove the table and ball screws on the XY axis? Any parts that need to be kept in a specific location or orientation? Is there a repair manual that covers this? Are there any quirks that I should know about for assembly? ![]() Jim |
