| Does the machine appear to move faster or slower than usual? Did it ever work correctly? Is it on a phase converter? I was working on a machine one day during a brown out and could hear the machine start fast and slow down because the energy was not there (low incoming voltage). i focus on this because It seems a bit odd that two axis would do this so it must have a common source. I would also look at the IFC/DPS assembly. It has test points on it. These are DC servo motors with tachs and brushes in them. They do wear out. George
