need help webb model 5vk mill

I am looking for a 90* head for a webb with a nmtb 40 spindle. I have a 90* head for a R8 spindle, does anyone know if it can be converted to fit the nmtb 40????Please help. I want to line bore engine blocks for the crankshafts for racing. Jim 417 739 2860
