Just installed a 4-axis Hardinge slant bed lathe w/ a N-6NT-C controller. Busy w/ debugging operations. The operartions manual has no information about the live tooling operations except a single sentence stating that the sub-spindle is activated with M51, M52, M53, & M54 commands. I attempted MDI commands using M51-M54, S 500. No response. If perhaps someone is familiar with the particular controller and live tooling programming can offer suggestion about the CNC program code sequence for activating the live tooling, it would be greatly apprecitated. Thanks. |
