Interact II with serious Head NOISE !! oh no

Hello again
I have a series II interact II with a Heidenhain tnc 151 controller I've been making chips until recently there has been some serious head noise only when there is a load on the cutter mainly when climb milling there only has to be a light load I'm talking .030 cut in aluminum 6061. It sounds like a serious chatter but the noise is not coming from the cutter definately in the head. It doesn't seem to be coming from the the drive belts seems down deeper. I'm looking for some advice and past experiences.

Hey gus are those bushings for the interacts the same for any series II forgive my ignorance on this I never done this before could you give me a brief how to.

Looks like it might be time for a big money spindle rebuild. There is a guy from canada on here that is currently looking for bearing. He took his spinlde apart by himself. He might be able to help you out or send you down the right path.

Well I did tear apart the vari drive system and found some bad bearings and I believe some bad bushings so I'm going to get that part straightened out to see if that was the cause of the noise i'll keep posting for others to reference
