Need Help!- EZ-Trak DX2 ver3.8 software

I would appreciate any and all help I can get to reinstall ver3.8 software back on my corrupted EZ-Trak DX2.
The 3.8 disk I have appears to be wiped clean.
Putting it into a 3.5 floppy raises an error message. "Floppy not formatted"
Looking at the properties of the disk shows "0"zero bits.
This is the factory disk that came with the manual.
We hope reinstalling the software will clear up errors we get on the console.

Where can I get a fresh copy of ver3.8?

Hello have you tried Bridgeport Hardinge they charged me 125$ for a later version. the chap to contact is Mike Lawler I am not sure how far they go back Cheers Colin.

Hello No I am running a EZplus which is a later version of EZtrak DX but with a solid drive instead of an actual hard disc the version I got was 7.00 but it did not work on my machine, as the setup on the UK machines is different to the US. Apparently this was only a test software as when they went bust all of the work stopped on the DOS version of software because there were bugs in it, so I have had to go back to the origonal 5.00 version of software, but this does not allow me to get the engraving, DXF, and DOS editing facilaties which apparently is in the US versions as per programming manual. What I am trying now is to find a copy of the EZ-SPS software for offline programming and see if I can get any of the extra features that way. Cheers Colin
