I would say between $500 and $1500. Assuming that the servo motors are good and the ball screws are good.
If you get nothing but the basic machine and the servos, meaning none of the electrical stuff, more to the low end.
I will also assume that the spindle motor is there.
When I bought my BTC-1, I said to myself that ballscrews to convert my manual mill were going to be around $1k, so a complete machine with servos and ball screws was worth at least that.
In these tough economic times, there should be more and more working machines hitting the market, so I wouldn't over spend on something that is going to be a project.
